Try before you buy: a free account gives you the full editor and a watermarked preview of the exact export you'd be paying for, so you can judge the quality before spending anything. On top of that:
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here is intended to. If our service fails to be of acceptable quality, fails to match its description, or doesn't do what we said it would do, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of anything else stated below.
Where the failure is major, you can choose a refund or a re-supply. Where the failure is minor, we may choose to fix the problem within a reasonable time instead of refunding — but if we can't or don't, you can then ask for a refund.
We refund where the software has failed to provide the service you paid for. For example:
Please contact us first — most problems of this kind are a bug we can fix quickly, and a fix usually gets you the file you actually needed faster than a refund does.
Outside the 30-day lifetime-unlock window described below, we don't generally refund for change of mind — for buying the wrong plan, or because a project was no longer needed. The free tier exists precisely so you can evaluate the product, including a full-quality watermarked preview of the export, before paying anything. This paragraph does not affect your Australian Consumer Law rights described above.
That said, if something about your situation doesn't fit neatly into this policy, write to us and explain. We'd rather deal with people fairly than hide behind a clause.
The subscription is an ongoing service billed monthly, with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't generally refund a period already supplied, and we don't charge a cancellation fee.
If you cancel and later come back, your account, projects and settings are still there — resubscribing restores clean exports.
The lifetime unlock is a larger, considered purchase, so it comes with a 30-day change-of-mind window: if you buy it and decide within 30 days that owning it outright wasn't what you wanted, email us for a full refund. No questions asked, and no need to justify it.
This is on top of — not instead of — your consumer guarantee rights above, and on top of the service-failure refunds described earlier. See the Terms for exactly what "lifetime" includes, and what it doesn't.
Email support@isdon.net from your account email address, and tell us what went wrong and roughly when. We aim to respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Refunding a lifetime unlock returns the account to the free tier — your projects are never deleted, but exports become watermarked again.
If something has gone wrong with a payment, email us first. It is genuinely the faster route: we can usually refund within 7 business days, whereas a chargeback — disputing the charge through your bank — is a formal process that can take a couple of months to resolve. While a dispute is open we're also unable to refund you directly, because the payment is held by our processor until the bank decides.
Chargebacks also cost us a non-refundable fee from our payment processor, even when the request was something we would gladly have refunded had we been asked. We're a small operation, and asking first costs you nothing.
If you do raise one, we'll respond through your bank's process rather than refunding separately, so that the two don't collide and leave you waiting longer.
None of this applies to a payment you don't recognise. If you think a charge is fraudulent or unauthorised, contact your bank straight away — that's exactly what the dispute process is for.
