Proposal Timeline is operated by Donald Bloomfield (Sole Trader) (ABN 30 178 103 700), based in New South Wales, Australia. "We", "us" and "our" mean that entity; "you" means the person or organisation using the service. You can reach us at support@isdon.net.
Proposal Timeline turns a business proposal into an editable, exportable Gantt timeline. A free account gives you the full editor, a limited number of projects, and watermarked export previews. A paid subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock removes the watermark and enables clean PDF and Excel exports.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. You need to confirm your email address before exporting, paying, or inviting collaborators. Don't share one account between people who should have their own — invite them as collaborators instead.
You own the proposals, timelines and other content you put into the service. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the permission we need to actually run the service for you — storing your content, rendering it into charts and exports, and showing it to collaborators you invite.
We treat your content as confidential. We don't sell it, we don't use it to train machine-learning models, and we don't look at it except where we genuinely need to in order to support you, fix a fault, or meet a legal obligation.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Tax invoices and receipts are issued through Stripe.
The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel, with no lock-in period. The lifetime unlock is a single payment; buying it cancels any active subscription so you aren't billed twice. See the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
Updates to your plan are included. While your subscription is active — and permanently, if you've bought the lifetime unlock — you get the ongoing improvements we make to the tier you paid for: bug fixes, refinements, and new features we add to that tier, at no extra cost. This applies to lifetime unlocks already purchased, not just future ones.
We can't promise specific future capabilities. What you're paying for is the working version of the service as it exists when you pay, plus whatever we add to your tier over time. We don't guarantee any particular feature, upgrade or roadmap item will be built. If we later release a substantially different product, or a separate higher tier, that may be priced separately.
We won't charge you twice for the same thing. We won't take a feature that's already part of your paid tier, move it into a paid add-on, and charge you again for it.
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the service, not yours. It means: for as long as we continue to operate Proposal Timeline, with no recurring fee and no expiry date on your access. It is not a promise that the service will run forever. If we ever have to discontinue it, we'll give you reasonable advance notice and a way to export your data before access ends. If we discontinue it shortly after you've paid, contact us — we'll deal with that fairly.
We aim to keep the service running and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to take it offline occasionally for maintenance, and we'll try to keep that brief and, where practical, outside business hours.
Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, don't use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, and don't attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data. Don't resell or redistribute clean exports as a service to third parties who would otherwise need their own account.
If an account is used this way we may suspend or close it. Where the breach is clear-cut and serious we may act immediately; otherwise we'll contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.
Beyond those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows: we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or lost opportunity — for example, a bid that wasn't won. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose. Please keep your own copies of exports and important content.
You can stop using the service or ask us to close your account at any time. Cancelling a subscription doesn't delete anything — your projects remain and simply revert to watermarked exports. If you ask us to delete your account, see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll give you reasonable notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you don't accept a material change, you can stop using the service and, where the change disadvantages you part-way through something you've paid for, contact us and we'll sort out a fair outcome.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction. This doesn't deprive you of the protection of the consumer law of the place where you live.
